How do I delete my Arcnova account?
You can permanently delete your account directly from inside the app in three taps: Profile → Account & Security → Delete account. If you no longer have access to the app, you can also request deletion by email.

What data is removed when I delete my account?
When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period. This includes:
- Your third-party login identifier, nickname, profile picture, and email
- Reading progress, story choices, and library
- Remaining Coin and Diamond balances (voided, not refunded)
- In-app preferences and personalization data
For tax, audit, and dispute-resolution purposes, transaction records (order numbers, amounts, timestamps, and payment-platform receipts) are retained for at least 7 years, or longer where required by law. See Section 5 of the Privacy Policy.
Can I recover my account after deleting it?
No. Deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once your account is deleted, your reading history, purchases, and unused virtual currency cannot be recovered, even if you sign back in with the same third-party account.
If you're unsure, we recommend simply signing out instead — you can return any time by signing in again with the same account.
Which sign-in methods does Arcnova support?
You can sign in with Google, Apple, or X (Twitter). We don't store any passwords — authentication is handled entirely by the provider you choose.
What's the difference between Coins and Diamonds?
Coins are the default currency for unlocking chapters. Diamonds are a premium currency obtained through top-ups; you can also use Diamonds to top up your Coin shortfall when unlocking a chapter, at the exchange rate shown at the time.
Both are in-app virtual items only — they aren't legal tender, can't be cashed out, and can't be transferred between accounts.
Do Coins and Diamonds expire?
Yes:
- Coins: valid for 30 calendar days from the date acquired.
- Diamonds: valid for 365 calendar days from the date acquired.
Each batch's expiry is calculated independently — adding more currency does not extend earlier batches. Unused currency at expiry is voided and is not refunded or restored. Multiple batches are consumed on a first-in, first-out basis. See Section 5.3 of the Terms of Service.
Can I get a refund for a top-up?
Once Diamonds have been credited to your account, top-ups are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or app-store policy.
Because payment is processed by Apple App Store or Google Play, refund requests must be submitted to them directly. We'll cooperate with the relevant store to verify the claim where appropriate.
Consumed virtual currency, content unlocked with it, and expired currency cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
A minor in my care made a top-up. What should I do?
Arcnova is intended only for users aged 17 or older. If a minor in your care has made a top-up without your consent, please contact us at hellotimes2026@gmail.com within 30 days of discovering the transaction. Include proof of guardianship and the transaction details, and we'll help you initiate a refund request with the relevant app store.
Who is Arcnova for?
Arcnova is an interactive narrative app for readers aged 17 and older. Stories include mature themes such as romance and sexually suggestive content. All story content is fictional; any resemblance to real people, events, or places is coincidental.
What information does Arcnova collect?
We collect only what we need to run the Service: basic third-party account info, device and network info, usage data, transaction records, and ad-interaction data when you watch rewarded videos. We do not collect precise GPS location, your contacts, photo library, microphone content, your advertising identifier (IDFA/GAID), or sensitive personal info like real name or ID numbers.

Where is my data stored?
The servers for the Service are located in Singapore. Our operations team is based in Shenzhen, China, and authorized personnel may access data for business operations and product improvement under reasonable security measures. See Section 4 of the Privacy Policy for details on cross-border transfer.
