This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") describes how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal information when you use the Arcnova application, website (www.arcnovai.com), and related services (collectively referred to as "the Service"), as well as the rights you have regarding your personal information.

1.1 Information You Provide
Account Information: When you log in to the Service through a third-party account (Google, Apple, X), we obtain your basic account information from the corresponding third-party platform. This typically includes the third-party account unique identifier (User ID), nickname, profile picture, and email address. The specific fields obtained are subject to the scope you authorize on the third-party platform.
Transaction Information: When you make a top-up through the in-app purchase (IAP) function, we collect the order number, purchased virtual item ID, amount, currency, payment time, and the transaction receipt token returned by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not collect your credit card number, bank account number, or other payment credential information; such payment credentials are processed directly by Apple App Store or Google Play.
Contact Information: When you contact us via email or customer support channels, we collect the content of your communications and contact details, which are used to respond to your inquiries and resolve related issues.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you use the Service, our systems automatically collect the following information:
- Device Information: device model, operating system version, device unique identifier, screen resolution, device language settings, etc.
- Network Information: IP address, network type, carrier information, etc. We collect IP addresses primarily for server communication, security protection, and troubleshooting, and do not use them for precise geolocation or location profiling.
- Usage Data: the time, duration, and frequency of your access to the Service, pages viewed, content clicked, application crash logs, etc.
- Virtual Currency Data: the source, acquisition time, consumption time, and expiry time of the virtual currency (Coins, Diamonds) in your account, used to calculate balances, consumption order, and validity periods in accordance with the Service rules.
- Advertising Interaction Data: when you watch in-app rewarded video advertisements (for example, in the Rewards Center "Watch Video" task), third-party ad networks may collect ad viewing records, click data, etc., for ad delivery performance measurement and anti-fraud purposes. We do not collect or provide your advertising identifier (IDFA/GAID) to ad networks.
1.3 Information We Do Not Collect
Unless you voluntarily provide it, we do not actively collect:
- Your precise geolocation information (GPS positioning);
- Your contacts, photo library, or microphone content;
- Your advertising identifier (IDFA/GAID);
- Your real name, identity document number, phone number, residential address, or other sensitive personal information.
02How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- Providing and Maintaining the Service: including account registration and login, content display, feature implementation, customer support, etc.
- Processing Top-Ups and Virtual Currency: verifying your purchases, crediting virtual currency to your account, tracking validity periods, consuming and expiring currency in accordance with the rules, processing refunds and disputes.
- Advertising and Monetization: providing you with opportunities to earn virtual currency rewards through rewarded video ads, and supporting the continued operation of the Service.
- Personalized Experience: matching content in the appropriate language based on your device language settings; optimizing content recommendations based on your usage preferences.

03How We Share Your Information

3.1 Sharing with Your Consent

3.2 Sharing with Service Providers

- Cloud Services and Data Storage: we use servers located in Singapore to store user data.
- Third-Party Login Services: account login services provided by Google, Apple, and X.
- Payment and Billing: Apple App Store In-App Purchase and Google Play Billing. We verify your purchases through receipts provided by these platforms; related payment information is processed by the respective app stores in accordance with their own privacy policies.
- Advertising Services: in-app rewarded video ads are provided by third-party ad networks (such as Google AdMob, Unity Ads, ironSource, etc.). When you choose to watch a rewarded video to earn rewards, the relevant ad network will collect and process your advertising interaction data (such as viewing records, clicks, etc.) in accordance with its own privacy policy. We do not provide your advertising identifier (IDFA/GAID) to ad networks. We recommend that you review the privacy policies of the relevant ad networks for details.
- Data Analytics Services: used to understand overall trends in user use of the Service (using only aggregated or anonymized data).
We share information with the above service providers only to the extent necessary, and require them to comply with confidentiality obligations and process your information only within the scope of the purposes we specify.
3.3 Sharing Required by Law
We may disclose your information in the following circumstances:
- In accordance with applicable laws and regulations, court orders, or lawful requests from government authorities;
- To protect the legitimate rights, property, or personal safety of us, our users, or the public;

04Cross-Border Data Transfer
When you use the Service, your information will be transferred to Singapore for storage and processing. In addition, our operations team is based in Shenzhen, China, and certain employees may access your information for purposes such as business operations and product improvement.
By using the Service, you understand and consent to the transfer and processing of your information across national borders. We will take reasonable security measures to protect your information during cross-border transmission.
05Data Retention
